Realistic advice protects your parts
We will tell you if a part needs extra preparation, if a finish is not suitable, or if a heat-sensitive component should be removed before coating.
Liquid paint still has its place — mainly for heat-sensitive or non-metal items. For metal parts that should last, powder coating wins in almost every category:

Can every part be powder coated?
No. Powder coating is heat-cured, so rubber, plastic, electronics, sealed bearings and assembled heat-sensitive parts must be removed or reviewed first. Tell us what the part is and we will advise.
Do you coat used rims and old metal parts?
Yes — most jobs are used parts. They may need extra stripping, sanding or repair first, which we include in your written quotation after seeing photos.
How accurate are the color samples?
Screen colors are only a guide. Final appearance depends on the powder brand, metal condition, lighting, gloss level and curing — we confirm the real sample or RAL code with you before production.
How long does a job take?
Many standard jobs target 48–72 hours after approval and receiving the parts. Timing depends on preparation, workload, color availability and size — your quotation states the target clearly.
Can outdoor parts be powder coated?
Yes. Outdoor and UV-resistant powders are available for gates, fences, poles and doors. Mention sun, sea or chemical exposure when you request the quote.
How do pickup and return work?
Submit the pickup form with your location and item details. We confirm availability, cost and timing first — then collect, finish and return your parts protected.
